I created this web site because I was fed-up with Living in a Care home. I want to Live Independently but it will cost me about an extra £100 per week more. The failures shown on this site would not occur if I Lived Independently. When I complain the cost of complaining is not taken into account.

I've got my Statement of Requirements and I will be measuring the performance against it.

 

They have not been agreed by management although management, my social worker and CSCI are aware of them.
